3. Can I come to Cyprus earlier?
Since you are responsible to make the hotel booking you may arrive in Cyprus anytime you want.
4. When should I depart from Cyprus?

If you would like to stay longer, please advise at the time of your registration.
5. How will I get to my hotel from the airport?
We will arrange for your pick up from the airport. We will need to know at least 15 days in advance the day and time you will be arriving.
6. How will I get to the airport from my hotel at the end of the workshop?
We will arrange for your return to the airport.
7. How will I be getting from my hotel to the dance studios and back?
We will have a bus that will take all the students from the hotel to the studio in the morning and then back in the afternoon.
8. How will I be getting around town when not in the dance studio?
The hotels are all in the center of the towns and you can either walk or take taxis.
9. How about the weekends when we have nothing to do?
The first Saturday is half a day and the afternoon we will arrange for an outing that will require the whole group to be together. We will arrange for transportation. The same holds true for Sunday during the day. The second Saturday of the second week, the whole day will be spent on the theater.
10. Where will we be staying?
We have a list of hotels for Nicosia and Limassol. Please so we can provide it to you. You are responsible to plan your own accommodation but we are more than happy to give you our reccommendations and answer your questions.
11. Where do I get my food?
Your hotel provides your breakfast. You will need to purchase lunch in order to eat at the dance studios at your break from 1.15 to 2.00pm. There are plenty of restaurants and bakeries that have salad bars and home cooked food. You will also need to eat dinner either at the hotel or at nearby restaurants. At your arrival, we will provide a long list of restaurants and bakeries near the dance studios and near the hotel.
12. Do I need any kind of travel insurance?
You don’t need travel insurance but we recommend that you purchase one when you buy your ticket to Cyprus. The insurance usually covers lost luggage and any kind of changes in the flight. If for some reason you need to leave the workshop early, a good insurance will cover that. Please ask your travel agency about all this.
13. Do I need any kind of health insurance?
We require all our students to have a medical insurance that is valid for Europe. Please go in the “Registration” part and fill the registration form.
If you do not have a medical insurance for Europe, we can provide that for you once you arrive in Cyprus. The price for our insurance is 40 euros for one month.
14. Where do I do my laundry?
There is dry cleaning at the hotel and there are laundry mats in town. We will arrange specific dates that we will take the clothes to the laundry mats in town. We recommend hand washing leotards and small items and bringing enough clothes for the two weeks in Cyprus.
15. What will the hotel provide?
The hotel will have sheets, pillows, blankets and towels.
16. What would I need to bring with me?
We recommend your bring your own soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, creams, small towels to use in the dance studio.
For dance classes and performances, please bring enough leotards, (at least 2 black) leg warmers, one long flowing skirt, any color will do. Boys, please bring at least one pair of long black pants (Jazz pants).
Don't forget all necessary medication, (like your usual headache tablets, muscle relaxer, band aids etc, ) as well as medical insurance information.
IMPORTANT: If you are on any prescribed medication, please notify the office, and bring enough supply with you as you might not be able to buy medicine in Cyprus with a doctor's prescription from another country.
17. What is the dress code for the workshop?
Ballet: Leotard, tights and ballet shoes. Hair tight back in a bun. No jewelery.
Modern: Same but without shoes and tights. You will need to be bare foot.
Hip Hop: Loose and street clothes, hats, gym shoes.
Jazz: More colorful leotards. Jazz shoes or bare foot.
Tap: Looser clothes, tap shoes is a must. (if you don’t have tap shoes, you can bring character or flamenco shoes).
18. How can I call my parents in my country?
You can buy a calling card from a Kiosk (Periptero) that you can use at a public phone booth, or just make sure that your cell phone works in Cyprus. You will also be able to receive phone calls in your room.
19. There is absolutely no smoking and no alcohol in the hotel or school.
20. We are not responsible for any valuables left in the rooms. Passports and money can be locked in the safes of the hotel. Please arrange that when you arrive at the hotel.
21. How can my parents get in touch with me?

22. Is there Internet connection in the rooms?
Please contact the hotel you will stay in to ask about this.
23. Do you have a payment plan?
Yes we do have an installment plan. please contact for details. Please note that if you want to pay by installment, you have to start the latest by March, and there will be an charge of 3.5% for each Credit cards payment. PayPal online will automatically charge additional 3.5%.
